Three generations. One roof. One very strategic home search.

We just got our buyers under contract on a beautiful Craftsman in the heart of Bothell — and this one was about a lot more than bedrooms and square footage.

Mom needed space and comfort as she gets older. Daughter needed room for her growing family. The kids needed to stay rooted in the same school district, same routines, same friends.

No pressure. 😅
