THIS ONE’S DIFFERENT.
Some houses are expensive.
Some houses are interesting.
The interesting ones always win.
This home has personality—the kind you can’t order online or fake with white paint and whatever trend TikTok is pushing this week. It’s been filled with music, creativity, late nights with good friends, and two people building a pretty great life together.
It’s also one of the increasingly rare single-family homes in this pocket of West Seattle—a reminder that character & space are becoming harder to find.
Now they’re trading Seattle for a little more space in Tacoma… and a wedding. (I’d call that a solid upgrade.)
The house is staying.
