Finally got a simple page up for Pioneer Builders Group LLC.

It still needs a little polish — lead capture, email setup, all the fun website stuff nobody tells you about when you just want to fix houses 😆 — but it’s live.

This gives people a better idea of the work I’m doing: residential repairs, pre-listing punch lists, siding, demo/haul-away, exterior fixes, and practical project support around King County.

Here’s an interesting piece on a FSBO gone… sentient.

Jokes aside, this one feels different.

FSBO is starting to evolve in a way most people aren’t seeing yet.

Does this signal a bigger shift in the market?

I think this might be a turning point in FSBO land.
