Be aware of King County recording delays. With record number of recordings each and everyday, be aware that King County no longer guaranteed they can record all documents same day. Be sure to have these conversations with sellers and buyers to set expectations as well as have a plan in place for the day you are supposed to close. Let me know how I can help!

👉🏻All cash transactions are approved as long as the signing party is a US citizen.
👉🏻Many lenders are moving forward with this technology. Please check with your lender for approval prior to scheduling a RON.
👉🏻All four of our underwriters have approved the use of RON, giving Rainier Title unmatched flexibility.
👉🏻All the counties that our title department manages recordings in will honor and record a digital signature.
👉🏻Clients will need to have a valid ID, answer security questions and will need a computer and video camera with simple file format (this will be confirmed at signing).
