The Board of Directors is excited to announce that we are transitioning to a new community management firm. Effective February 1, 2022, Trestle Community Management will become our managing agent.
What does this mean for you as an owner?
Owners will now have a new point of contact for our community, payment of monthly dues, and maintenance. Our new property manager at Trestle is Krishinda San Juan and can be reached at (425) 800-6339 or via email at [email protected]. Krishinda is very excited to be working with our community and the Board of Directors. If you have questions or requests prior to Feb 1st you can find the relevant contact info on the MercerPark.Org contact page as well as a community portal link (once available).
All owners will be receiving a Welcome Letter from Trestle through US Mail. The letter will contain your new account number, as well as instructions on how to create a portal login and information on payment options.
If you have ACH auto-pay with our current management, please note this information will not transfer to Trestle. You will need to enroll in Recurring Payments through Trestle’s My-Community Portal.
