Thanking my clients for the opportunity to sell their beautiful home in Snoqualmie Ridge. Received a text end of June for a meeting. Their home had been listed for 40 days with Redfin and no action. We met, they cancelled next day. I had to hustle. Contacted stager, photographer. They had a painter come in to lighten cabinets. I had landscaper out sis in back, personally put down 25 bags of bark and trimmed landscaping up.
We went live 7/1. Closed 8/29.
I was up watering every day until closing. I do what is needed-
Best wishes to the new family. I know they will love this neighborhood!!
