Jule Johnson Windermere Real Estate Knowing the market is key, but understanding where the other party is coming from and negotiating yo You won't see my sign on every corner.

My Background
Prior to Real Estate, I worked in Interior Design, primarily working with builders. Real Estate was a natural progression, melding my Design background with a love of working with great people. Windermere has always been my only choice – the support and knowledge in our office is unmatchable. Over the years I have accumulated several accomplishments in the Real Estate field:
*Certified Negotiation Expert~
Knowing the market is key, but understanding where the other party is coming from and negotiating your best interests from that view will give you the edge – it just might be the difference in the successful closing of your sale.
*SRES –Seniors RE Specialist ~
Knowing the 55+ market is another key feature for both buyers and sellers.
*Accredited Buyers Representative~
For Buyers, this represents a knowledge and competitive skill for finding and successfully negotiating an accepted contract on your investment or dream home. For Sellers, this represents a valuable knowledge from the other side of the table –again, to your advantage in procuring your best offer. My Promise
It has always been my ideal that quality trumps quantity. I work with a select group of clients at any given time, so that I can give personal and dedicated time and attention to those families. Striving to give the utmost in customer service, and making friends out of clients!
