Happy first of the month 🌷
We are continually getting asked if things are slowing down… and honestly, not really. April felt a lot like March! Homes are still moving pretty quickly, and buyers are definitely out there. Even with more inventory hitting the market, the good homes aren’t sitting.
Here’s what’s interesting, rates are actually lower than they were this time last year, which is bringing more buyers back.
So what does that mean?
