Hello everyone-

We are trying our best to raise money for 53 families on the Eastside that are in need this holiday season. We are coming up short on our goal for donations. Any donation amount is welcomed.

Here are the details:

Winter Wishes 2022

The holiday season is upon us! Let’s come together with Winter Wishes, a Lakeview Elementary tradition, allows the community to show they care by helping Lakeview families in need. We will be collecting donations of $25, $50, $100 or any amount of your choosing, all donations are welcome and are tax deductible! After donations are collected, the PTSA will purchase gift cards (QFC, Fred Meyers, Target, etc.) and the counselor confidentially determines a group of families in need to receive these gifts before winter break!

Here is the other store in Issaquah at Gilman Village, Suburban Soul Boutique. They have the best PJ Salvage pajamas! They caught my eye through the window and they do not disappoint! Softest material you can imagine.

Lots of other women’s clothes, purses and jewelry. Great selection and reasonable prices.

The two stores I mentioned in the last posts are right across from one another.

Happy holidays everyone! I recently visited two wonderful shops in Issaquah at Gilman Village. I had to share a couple of purchases with you as these are WONDERFUL gifts for the holidays! The first place is a Scandinavian store with the most wonderful items… Beautiful Cooee vases (picture in next post), gnomes (picture and next post), quality raincoats and boots and even dog tepees!

Did you know that 51% of all restaurant operators could not make their rent payment last month? That number surprised me... Let's show our local restaurants some love and support! If you are not comfortable dining out, take out orders are much appreciated.
