🏠 SOLD! Congratulations to my buyer who finally closed on her home yesterday. The market has been a little different this year and so we were able to use the market time to our advantage. Sellers did a reduction a week prior to our offer but we were able to get an additional $34k off the price. Although there were some challenges with her lender, we were finally able to close after being in escrow for almost 2 months, she never gave up! Kudos to my buyer. An agent’s job isn’t done once we get our clients under contract. We are constantly making sure the transaction is moving along. Know anyone looking to buy or sell in Washington or Arizona? 🏠 CLOSED! The stock market crashed, then we had the whole tariff fiasco only to top it off with a government shut down, Amazon layoffs and the holidays. Oh and let’s not forgot the tons of new construction we had to compete with! These were some of the obstacles my sellers and I had to deal with. However they never lost faith or hope in me to get it sold for them and for that I am grateful.
