Our primary goal is to serve active duty families stationed at Offutt, but we are also happy to work with civilians as availability allows. Rising View is a well-established community with an overall goal to accommodate and serve our residents. We have many different rental home floor plans to choose from. Our neighborhoods consist of mature trees, parks and peaceful streets which are monitored daily by Security Forces. Rising View is close to Offutt, the Stratcom Gate, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and more! Rising View User Policy
