About us: Karen and Patrick have a combined thirty years of experience in real estate. Her experience is in all aspects of the industry, to include participation in some of the largest transactions in the Northwest such as Microsoft World Headquarters in the capacity of a title insurance and escrow professional. Additionally, twelve of those years were as a top flight mortgage Banker. Karen has been selected to represent many large home builders and banks in that capacity. Her outstanding service and professionalism has been acknowledged by Seattle Magazine as a two year 5 Star honoree for excellence.
Patrick, has always had a passion for real estate. Once Graduated from University of Washington, he started working at Zillow. He spent several years at Zillow helping agents succeed and make the most of the current online real estate market. Since he always had a passion for real estate, he decided to become more hands on in the process of helping people find their dream home. It was a natural choice to become an agent with Coldwell Banker Bain as the largest and best brokerage in the Northwest. Their knowledge of the local real estate market, technology and understanding of online marketing help make them an excellent team for YOU!
