Closing out 2022

Two new tenants, being announced soon, whom we know will bolster the tenant mix at both projects for years to come.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Green Tree Plaza to our Management Portfolio!

We are very excited about strengthening our presence in Snohomish County.

Congratulations to our friends Dino A. Christophilis and Daniel Tibeau with CBRE on another successful closing!

With the addition of Green Tree, our team finished the year strong by bringing in over 850,000+ SF of new management in 2022 alone.
