Interest spikes have made it very difficult for many buyers to qualify and have jeopardized many peoples current deals. We managed to have the sellers buy down our interest rate in order to sit at a more comfortable mortgage payment.

Brand new septic and flooring prior to closing was a little cherry on top! 💥
