Assessment increases, reserve funding adjustments, and other difficult financial decisions often require Boards to balance fiduciary responsibility with homeowner expectations. Trestle’s October Board Education Series session, Making Hard Financial Decisions Without Losing Trust, explores practical strategies for communicating those decisions with clarity, transparency, and confidence.

To better support the communities we serve, Trestle Community Management has expanded leadership within our specialized Practice Areas.

Kelli Smith has been appointed Director of Developer Services and HOA Community Management, while Loralynn Helm now serves as Director of Condominium Community Management, supported by Practice Leads Tina London, Justin Knutsen, and Juan Rodriguez.
