Just rented the house in Norwalk to a lovely couple with perfect credit.

We will show the house again on Saturday, October 1st at 11:30 am. You will come to Boggs office at the 17112 Clark Ave. address. Once you have come to our office you will be given the property address. A member of our staff will be there to show the house, and if you wish to apply she will have applications available. Everyone over the age of 18 must fill out an individual application and the cost of the credit check is $25.00. We also verify employment. The home is in Norwalk. We will show again if we need to. It was listed on two different websites that we do not use. BE CAREFUL OF COMPANIES THAT COLLECT DEPOSIT BEFORE YOU EXAMINE PROPERTY. We will update the Zillow site when we have chosen the next date for a showing. If you have questions please call our office directly.
