Sometimes a home inspection calls for a little extra! When representing clients on the purchase of their lakefront home, we had the opportunity to work with PNW Diving Services to inspect the pump that draws the water from the lake 💧. Similar to a well inspection (minus the diver of course!) confirming that the water source for a home is adequate & functional is an important step in the home buying process!

House hunting isn’t always love at first sight 💫
