Kid-friendly hike + fall colors + minimal complaining = a win 😂🍂

We explored Heather Meadows and the Bagley Lakes Trail near Mt. Baker, and it was the perfect option for a day when we wanted beautiful mountain views without committing to a huge hike.

The fall colors were SO pretty, the kids had plenty of places to stop and explore, and even my youngest who woke up on the wrong side of the bed made it through with surprisingly little complaining. 😂

Definitely save this one for a fall family adventure in Whatcom County! 🏔️🍁

When Mi Rancho asked me to collab along with David Cummins..it was an OBVIOUS yes 😂🌮 I’ve been shopping here for years! Their marinated meats are my secret weapon whenever I’m hosting everyone thinks I can cook, but really Mi Rancho just makes me look good 😂🤫

And if you haven’t tried the restaurant on the other side… you’re missing out. We tried some of their staples and everything was SO good. 🌮🔥

Is now actually a good time to buy in Whatcom County? 🏡🍂

We’re seeing more homes available, properties taking longer to sell, and buyers gaining more room to negotiate. Prices haven’t crashed… but buyers may now have more choices, more time to make decisions, and opportunities to ask for closing costs, repairs, or an interest-rate buydown.

While filming our Blaine video and exploring the area, we stumbled upon a seasonal food truck called Alaska Wild Fish & Chips and of course, we had to try it! 🐟🍟 It was seriously SO good and such a fun unexpected find. If you’re visiting Blaine while they’re open, definitely stop by!
