▪️ Check your credit score. Having a perfect credit score isn’t necessary but having a negative score can affect your pre approval process.
▪️Get in touch with a lender and get pre approved. It is important to know your buying power before looking at homes.
▪️Find an agent! It is 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 too early to get your home buying process started even if you think you’re still a ways out.
