Felt like I was on the set of Wicked at the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival today🌷What a reminder of how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful part of the world. Between the bright blooms, fresh air, and baby snuggles, it was the perfect little family outing.

If you’ve never been, the festival runs the entire month of April in Mount Vernon and is the perfect way to welcome spring!

Did you know?

• The festival has been blooming since 1984 and brings in over ONE MILLION visitors each year from all over the world!

Delighted to be the title sponsor for this year's Men's Golf Invitational at my beloved home course, Sudden Valley Golf Club. My expertise is negotiating contracts that benefit my clients and accomplish their real estate needs. However, the needs of my clients extend far beyond the contract phase of a real estate transaction.

Quality Service means going above and beyond what is typically expected of a real estate agent. Personal examples include: helping my client paint their house before listing photos because the budget was tight and we needed to list ASAP, Facetiming a client from a plant nursery to help them pick out the best landscaping options for their listing while they're living in another state, finding my buyers a short-term rental so they have time to look for homes when they relocate, bringing light-staging items and live plants to my listing photo appointments so that our photos stand out, reaching out to homeowners in a particular neighborhood my client wants to live that doesn't have any active inventory, dog-sitting my client's puppy on a day she's unable to so we can still accommodate showings on her home.

Simply put, quality service is doing what needs to be done to best serve my clients' real estate needs.
