Congratulations to Amy Brown on the successful closing of a multi-tenant medical and professional building in Norfolk, NE!

This property had been on the market for five years, and Amy's client had spent nearly three years trying to secure a showing due to tenant coordination challenges. Once Amy took over, she smoothed out the communication issues right away. She secured property access within her first week on the job and fast-tracked the entire process from the first showing to the closing table in 45 days flat.
