I am thrilled to share that I won 2nd place in the Cascade’s Best Real estate agent category.

I want to thank all of you that took the time to vote for me. Maybe many times. It means the world to me.

I also want to thank all of the wonderful people that have chosen to trust me with their real estate needs. It is an honor every time I’m chosen.

I’m on Cloud 9!!

I relocated to Bellingham WA 6 years ago this week. These past 6 years have been a huge time of growth, and love, and happiness.

I have been selling real estate for 22 years next month. I have always loved this career , but since my relocation I have fallen in love with real estate a whole new way. Every house is different here, every neighborhood has a profoundly different feel, and the charm of the area never ceases to amaze me. Plus I have had the most amazing clients that have become my friends and family.

This year, someone (dying to know who) has nominated me for the Bellingham Herald’s Cascade’s Best. I am humbled to be among the best of the best nominated for this honor. I would love to have your vote for this. It would mean the world! I’m under the Real Estate category, under Real Estate Broker. You can vote daily, or just once, I appreciate it either way!

Thank you!! Here is the link:

Vote once per day from March 18th - March April 5th!

Went down to Locust Beach this morning. Ran into these two humans that took it upon themselves to clean up the beach after the 4th of July. Cole and Alec, you made my day! Thank you for being the best of Bellingham! ❤️

Had a great afternoon at Larabee looking for sea stars with the hubs and with the extra low tide today.

We, the real estate brokers, noticed it right away when the market shifted a few weeks ago. Bellingham, almost overnight, went from being a steaming hot real estate market, to not. I think most real estate brokers were surprised, as I was, how quickly the cool down happened. What does this mean for Bellingham home owners, and especially buyers and sellers, hoping to enter the market in the coming months?...
