🏠 Not every sale follows a straight line—but this one had a great ending. 💫
My seller worked hard to prepare her condo for the market, being receptive to our suggestions for what updates/improvements would help. Once listed, she was patient enough to give the property the time it needed—and we ultimately negotiated a full-price offer.
Then, at the eleventh hour, we hit an HOA/buyers lender roadblock. Rather than let the sale fall apart, we found a creative solution that ensured all parties could move forward with confidence.
My experience and knowledge combined with my sellers willingness to adapt made all the difference—and we successfully made it to closing!
