This Happy Valley mid century home just closed and was extra close to my heart. ❤️ This was my mother-in-law’s childhood home, built by her parents and has stayed in the family since the 1950’s. When I first started in the real estate business 9 years ago, my very first transaction was helping my husband’s cousin buy this home from their grandparents estate. What a blessing!!

So many amazing memories have been made here for my mother-in-law and her siblings, all the grandkids and even a few great grandkids. 🥰

I hope that the families and individuals that live in this home in the years to come will continue creating lasting memories and fill the walls with love.

I’m beyond grateful to my husband’s cousin for trusting me to help him sell what was his very first home as well. Lots of gratitude on this one! ❤️

One of the greatest compliments in my career is when my past clients reach out and ask for my help with their next move or refer me to their own family and friends. ❤️

I helped my clients purchase this home back in 2022 when they moved to Whatcom county to be closer to family. Earlier this year they reached out because they were feeling ready for more space and we got them into an amazing home in Blaine that is going to give them the space and room they need for years to come. Once they were all moved and settled it was time to list this sweet home for them. Fast forward to last Friday, when we closed on the sale of their first home here.

What an honor to be a part of so many big decisions and moments in their lives. It truly means the world to me to be asked to help make to happen.

I am over the moon for my step-sister and her sweet family on the purchase of their new home. Something they have dreamed about, prayed about and talked about for years.
