Out of business

Out of business Professional real estate sign installation and support for brokers. Installations checked often so y Sign Me Up! I supply the post, you supply the signs.

Whatcom/Skagit supplies sign installation for real estate professionals looking for more than a 'set it and forget it' service. Installations are routinely checked for level, square and good repair, and after every major weather event. I carry repair supplies on board so I can fix almost any problem I might encounter in the field. I invite you to find out why my clients love my services, and why I

love my clients and their clients. I believe my job is to make you and the client you represent look good in a timely fashion at a reasonable price.

Important news from Sign Me Up! I began this enterprise in my garage, building a single post five years ago. Now five years later and thousands of posts installed, riders added and flyer boxes hung in all manner of weather-and some pretty peculiar locations-it's time for me to close the books on my working life.

Long time clients will recall the chaos following the collapse of Whatcom Sign Post, so it is with particular pleasure that I report the acquisition of SMU assets-most especially you, my valued clients-by Steve Pile, owner of Fast Sign Man. Steve is a great guy, with an excellent operation, responsive and reliable and will provide top notch service, work with him and he will do great work for you. Just as I have, Fast Sign Man offers next business day service for installations, covers virtually the same area, and has a $45 rate to all of Whatcom and Skagit county except islands, and east of Maple Falls and Concrete.

Our principal goal is to make this transition as seamless and transparent as possible for you and to that end Steve is ready to roll beginning in April with everything he needs to go right to work for you on Monday the 3rd. He will be your go-to guy for the same service you have come to expect from SMU. You may expect a follow up email from Steve coming soon.

So during these final days before the handoff please continue to order signs and recoveries from me as you always have, and expect your final invoice to arrive by email as usual. For placements beginning in April contact Steve via email at [email protected]. Steve and I will be in touch regularly, so I can let him know what your preferences are. Just as I urged everyone to give advance notice well ahead of need to me, I would urge the same consideration of Steve. Same day service is very nearly impossible (and never guaranteed) April through September, and still pretty difficult the rest of the year!

Please pass this information along to all appropriate members of your team, if applicable.

It has been a privilege and an honor to be a small part of so many successful real estate businesses and as I sail into retirement I offer a profound thank you, and wish all of you all future success.

Clients may wonder about all the delays we are experiencing. Here is a good explanation, particularly relevant since I live near Lynden: http://komonews.com/weather/scotts-weather-blog/buried-in-snow-drifts-lynden-becoming-the-siberia-of-the-northwest

LYNDEN, Wash. -- The daily scenes from Lynden look nothing like much of the rest of their Western Washington counterparts. Nearly a foot of snow or more, with what seems like an never-ending northeast wind causing deep snow drifts as high as 5-8 feet!A we

Sign Me Up! is having a short week, and that means anything you need to have done needs to be on our schedule by the end of the day Tuesday. We will not take new assignments on Wed, just finishing up existing orders. Don't get left behind, get your sign request in early. We will be closed from Wed noon till Monday. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

My clients have already heard, but northwesterners should batten down the hatches, a series of high wind and heavy rain events will roll through Western Washington over the next 5 days. Regardless of your political persuasion you should get the temporary signs out of the yard till next week. Lawn furniture, grills, garbage and recycling containers should also be secured. Stay safe.

Welcome to autumn in the northwest! For Sign Me Up! that means less daylight with which to work, and weather starts to be a big factor in what we do. If you are a client you need to remember that getting us accurate information as soon as you can helps us help you. Shorter days and wilder weather to come makes advance notice for installations and recoveries essential.
