Congratulations to my clients on the sale of their Birch Bay beach house!

We met 2 years ago and I had the privilege of helping them with the purchase of their very first home. When it came time to move out of state, they reached out so I could help them to sell.

Then it came time to prep the home- deep cleaning, beautiful staging, and professional photos made it shine ✨

We hit a snag when the contingent offer that was accepted unfortunately did not sell within the contingency time period. I had remained in contact with all interested parties and when the buyer contingency expired, another buyer stepped in without skipping a beat.
