The past couple weeks have been a blur to say the least. One of my proudest accomplishments has been the turnaround on this almost 4,000 sqft estate, perched right on top of the Gardiner Terrace Pond. The home was originally designed by a NASA Engineer, and in its glory days, it was absolutely incredible. But it needed the right team and vision to bring it back to its full potential and to share its story with the market the way it deserved. With the help of my team of trusted vendors, we were able to host an estate sale to remove a literal house full of items. Then the real work began. Queue the painters, handyman, pressure washer, landscaper, cleaner, window cleaner, stager, photographer, videographer, and finally.. a compelling marketing narrative was ready to unfold. After just 6 days in a difficult market, we received a full price offer and are officially under contract.
