One of my absolute favorite parts of real estate is working with first time home buyers! With how crazy the market has been the past few years, I noticed that the space for those buyers got squeezed smaller and smaller but with things shifting now I am so excited to see those first time buyers come back to look. Not only look but get amazing deals, closing costs paid, and the time to make informed decisions without the pressure of the market. I am pending on 6 homes right now, and 5 of those are first time home buyers!
