This summer tested me in ways I didn’t expect. I lost a family member unexpectedly, and in the middle of an already busy season, my business could have completely fallen apart. It didn’t, because of two incredible women.
Erica Ruiz, my transaction coordinator, kept everything moving along smoothly behind the scenes. Paperwork filed on time, lenders and escrow kept in the loop, documents sent to clients for signatures the second they were ready, even on days I couldn’t get near my computer- she was always there. She is the real reason my clients never felt the chaos happening behind the scenes.
Adrianna Rehberger, my marketing assistant (and my daughter), kept my business visible and consistent when I had nothing left to give it. She showed up for me in every sense and helped me get through the staging, photos, listing and marketing of a new listing, and helped me plan for an Open House, which was all scheduled the same week as our family tragedy and I couldn’t postpone the listing.
If you don’t work in real estate, you may not realize how much goes on behind the scenes. Realtors don’t get to call in sick or take time for bereavement when there are deadlines and comittements made to clients. A great transaction coordinator & Marketing Assistant is the backbone of a successful Real Estate business. Erica & Adrianna, thank you for being my rocks this summer. I could not do this job without you.❤️
