Today we’re shining the light on Heather May Morris, our incredible Director of Training & Education. Heather is the definition of dedicated. She works tirelessly behind the scenes, pouring her time, knowledge, and heart into helping others grow. Whether she’s leading a training, meeting one-on-one, answering phone call after phone call or creating new opportunities for learning, she shows up fully, every single time. What makes Heather truly special isn’t JUST her work ethic, it’s her heart. She cares deeply for her family, her kids, and the people she supports every day. She’s a proud mom who SOMEHOW balances it all with grace (and probably a little...ok a lot of coffee) and let’s not forget, she’s also a proud kitty mom to Jimmy.
