We just completed a commercial demolition, taking an existing space back to warehouse use and finished the entire project in less than half the scheduled time.

Sometimes the hardest part of a project is seeing the potential.

This backyard was packed with an old garage, additional structures, and years of overgrowth. We cleared everything out, hauled it away, and brought the property back to a clean slate so the homeowners could finally visualize the possibilities for their new outdoor space.

Once the layout was finalized and footings were installed, we returned to install and grade an RCA base, creating a solid foundation for the next phase of the project.

When demolition has to happen in an occupied commercial building, there’s no room for mistakes.

This project required our crew to work entirely off-hours in a central atrium surrounded by active businesses. The scope included demolishing a poured concrete water fountain, removing a mud bed floor system, and completing additional selective demolition throughout the space.

The challenge wasn’t just getting the demolition done—it was making sure nobody knew we were there the next morning.

Every night, materials were removed, dust was controlled, pathways were cleared, and the space was left clean and presentable so the building could continue operating without disruption.
