There’s nothing I love more about this business than helping my clients find the right home or move on to their next chapter. I’m so thankful for these kind words and for the trust my clients place in me.

Happy Fourth of July!
Today, we celebrate freedom, community, and the place we’re proud to call home.
Whether you’re enjoying fireworks, a backyard barbecue, or time with family and friends, I hope your day is filled with joy, gratitude, and a little red, white, and blue.
Wishing you a safe and happy Independence Day!

Today we recognize Juneteenth, commemorating June 19, 1865, when union soldiers arrived in Galveston, Texas, to announce the freedom of the last enslaved people more than 2 years after the Emancipation Proclamation.

As we celebrate this important moment in history, we’re reminded that home is more than a place. It represents stability, opportunity, and the freedom to build a future.

Wishing everyone a meaningful Juneteenth.

For many buyers, the first step into homeownership is just that: a first step. Building equity today can help create opportunities for tomorrow.

I’ve helped clients buy and sell in all kinds of markets. Have questions about where to start? I’d be happy to help!

When buyers walk through the door, those little details matter.
A fresh, well-prepared home can attract more interest and help set the stage for a successful sale.
If you’re thinking about selling, I’d be happy to share where to focus your time and effort.

A successful home sale starts long before your property hits the market.
From pricing and preparation to staging and marketing, the steps you take before that “For Sale” sign goes up can have a major impact on your final sale price and how quickly your home sells.
Thinking about making a move? Let’s create a plan that puts you in the best position for success from day one.
