Congratulations to a pair of Investor Sellers who entrusted me with navigating the sale of their property!!

Very happy to see this one get to the closing table. As always, I continue to learn at least 1 new thing with each deal.. This one marinated a little longer as it awaited the right buyer, but in the end, the job was done. We were priced right as proven with the appraisal.. but as it has been proven time after time, the market is ever changing... especially on the buyer's side at the current moment.
