Monday Market Update 🫐

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend and found some time to enjoy this beautiful New Hampshire summer. We spent some time blueberry picking, and it reminded me that just like finding the best berries, finding the right home is all about knowing where to look! 🫐💙

Overall, while fewer new listings hit the market this week, buyer activity picked up significantly! Under-contract homes and closed sales both saw strong increases, showing that motivated buyers are still making moves despite a slight slowdown in new inventory.
