Here’s what happened across Belknap, Merrimack & Carroll Counties over the last 7 days:

🏠 New listings: 147 → 138 ⬇️ 9
💰 Price changes: 128 → 138 ⬆️ 10
📝 Under contract: 118 → 112 ⬇️ 6
🔑 Closed: 93 → 128 ⬆️ 35

What does this mean?

We’re seeing the fall market shift continue. Fewer new homes hit the market and slightly fewer went under contract, while price changes increased. Sellers are having to pay closer attention to pricing as buyers become more selective.

The standout this week? Closings jumped nearly 38%! 🔥 Homes are still selling and deals are getting to the finish line—the market is moving, just at a different pace.
