Always check any listing with a known real estate site (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) or my website!!! :-)
And never provide any credit card to hold an appointment, or send a check upfront...

It's a problem the FBI says has proliferated over the last three years in particular, thanks in part to the quick rise of Internet property searching during the pandemic.

According to Boston Globe. "If you want to afford a typical house in Greater Boston, you need to earn more than $181,000" ... "Harvard’s estimates assume a down payment of 3.5 percent on a 30-year fixed rate mortgage, and that buyers would spend no more than 31 percent of their income on mortgage payments. They also assume a median-priced house valued at $659,161"

The Harvard University’s Joint Center for Housing Studies determined just how expensive it is to buy a home in Greater Boston. And it’s only getting worse.

Open House Saturday report: Multi Family houses in Belmont are no longer flying out of the self like a few weeks ago. 2 New properties and 4 properties already in the market. One of them is 96-98 Fairview Ave. I wish the listing agent was there, but I will ask her a few questions on the phone! (My take and link bellow).
