This picture hasn’t been on my page in a while. This went under contract in December of 2023.
Today a lot of time, emails, calls, and patience by both buyers and sellers came to fruition at closing.
I was able to help both buyer and sellers as a dual agent which is a tricky role. All advice you’re able to give to the buyers or sellers is gone. You are there to communicate between parties. It’s a tough position because I want to be able to help everybody as much as possible and dual agency is restrictive in that sense.
This post is an appreciation post for my clients on both sides of the transaction. This was my first time working as a dual agent, but I dove in head first and was beyond lucky to have the clients I did for the situation.
Real estate isn’t simple. It’s not just opening doors and filling out offers. This was a perfect example.
A lot of firsts came up during the year and three months we worked on this.
Emphasis on we.
The delays were all unexpected, but taken step by step every time.
I was beyond lucky to have sellers and a buyer that were more patient than most would have been. I never felt too much pressure aside from wanting to do what I could to make sure everyone was happy.
I truly am grateful for my clients. I couldn’t have taken this on without their grace and patience. It was a learning experience for all. The biggest thing I take away from this is good clients make for a great experience.
With that being said. Let it be known that if you call me to buy, sell, or invest, I will always ensure that no matter what happens. You will walk away knowing that I did everything in my power to make sure you got exactly what you want.
