1895 Queen Anne John Daly House in San Francisco, California 🇺🇸 • 📸 travistraversing | 900 Guerrero Street was the private home of John Daly, who made his fortune as a successful dairy farmer in neighboring San Mateo County. After the San Francisco earthquake of 1906, John Daly subdivided 250 acres of his land and sold the plots to refugees displaced by the earthquake and subsequent fires. In 1911, the area was incorporated and named Daly City in his honor.
