I know that not having the hassle of showings and open houses is tempting , but can you really afford it? Pocket listings are listings that agents keep in their pockets. They are off-market listings that never get full exposure to all the qualified buyers. It’s a crying shame that all buyers don’t have an opportunity to buy it. And for sellers, it’s a lot worse. The biggest MLS in the country in six mid-Atlantic states found that sales price for homes not in MLS was 16.98%* less.
