Century Farm in Belmont, NH is a premiere equestrian dressage facility in the Lakes Region of NH. We are seeking a resident(s) for our on-site award winning builder-designed bespoke executive apartment. Previously a two-bedroom unit this apartment was thoughtfully renovated with a priority on space and storage needs that a couple will have during apartment living. It is for the discerning horse lover who seeks to have all the comforts of home in an easy to maintain space. Vaulted ceilings, chandeliers, bright LED-surface lights, recessed and track lighting, big square footage, and oversized windows which lend to an expansive views of our horse facility are just a few of the most beloved elements of this apartment. Fresh paint and custom built-in cabinetry abound. The kitchen has a nearly endless amount of countertop space but also has a bespoke built-in pantry with ample storage for your blenders, and mixers and food processors. Executive office desk area is ready for all your office machines. You enter the master bedroom through a set of full glass French doors. Connected to the master is a huge walk-in closet that surely will never be too small for all of your riding attire. Inside this huge walk-in-close is your very own newer, personal washer and dryer!!! What's more is we also have set aside a complimentary loft storage space for your kayak, Christmas decor, bicycles, tack boxes, off season gear or any the like. References are a MUST. One stall at our premier facility is available with this apartment but it is optional, as well as the option to work off a portion of your monthly boarding fees.

UPDATE: This apartment has been rented. However, at present, we ARE in the process of completing another apartment! It will be completed and available for rent on September 1st! It is the same footprint and will look nearly identical to this apartment (shown below). One bedroom, his and hers closets, coat closet, kitchen pantry, a wall-mounted air conditioner is provided.
