Some closings mean a little more.

Before I listed 1259 Hardin Road, the property had gone under contract three separate times but had never made it to the closing table.

This time, we put together a strong marketing plan, went under contract in just two days, and carefully verified that we had a well-qualified buyer. There was plenty of communication, negotiation, and problem-solving along the way—but we remained focused on getting this sale across the finish line.
