7 THINGS TO LOVE ABOUT MILL HOUSES

1866 Hilltop Circle is a mill house, built in 1925 for workers at Flint Manufacturing Company, makers of combed yarns. Mill houses are especially common in North Carolina, and can make a great starter home or investment property. Here's why:
