I really do love what I do! 🏡💚

This particular property needed some updating, so I gave my seller a few options: sell as-is or make some improvements to help maximize the sale.

He chose to make the improvements and trusted me to make all the selections, which I happily did! From choosing the updates to making sure everything came together, I loved being part of the process.

Not only did the property sell quickly, but it sold for well over what the seller was hoping for! 🎉

So were those improvements worth it? 150% YES!!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for this recommendation! Sometimes it does come down to the relationship/reputation your agent has with the other parties involved. My buyer's offer was accepted in a multiple offer situation even tho they had a home sale contingency, because the agent on the other side knew I would get it done & trusted me 😉

This client had just purchased the house 6 months prior so pricing was not only important but strategic! Very happy ever...

Nothing is more encouraging than a good testimonial from a happy client.... except when you get 2 good testimonials from the same clients years apart for 2 smooth transactions together! Loved helping this family again, except this time it was to find their parents a new home!
