Don’t get me wrong—I still delivered top-notch service to my clients—but the purpose had become somewhat lost as I fought just to keep my head above water. It started to feel like it was just about me, and I knew that wasn’t what I wanted. That realization sparked the next chapter: the creation of the Schindler Home Team.
