Premium Property Services is looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple properties
- Handle a variety of tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and more
- Troubleshoot issues and complete work orders efficiently
- Ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to tenants and clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Well-rounded experience in general maintenance (jack-of-all-trades mindset)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Rochelle and Beloit
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
