A big priority during the renovation has been improving insulation throughout the building.

We’re installing spray foam insulation on the exterior walls, batt insulation, and dense-packed cellulose insulation to help lower heating and cooling costs while also reducing sound transfer between neighboring apartments.

It’s honestly been impressive how much quieter the building already feels!

These photos show Unit 3 being insulated this week. Units 2 and 4 are already insulated and drywalled, and painting is coming up next.

Every week the project gets a little closer to the finish line, and we’re still on track to have at least two apartments ready for guests this fall. We can’t wait to share the finished spaces with everyone!

New exterior lights installed! 💡 💡

Tonight we’re having some fun experimenting with the possibilities our new lighting system gives us. Whether it’s America 250, Packers games, Halloween, Christmas, supporting local sports teams, or other special events, we’re excited to have a new way to bring a little extra life to the building throughout the year.

A big thank you to Foley Electric Inc. for installing our five new exterior can lights and front porch lighting. The building has come a long way, and it’s rewarding to see another piece of the vision come together.

We are hard at work hoping to open our doors this Fall.

Look up 24 Creates for your signage or metal fabrication needs. They do great work and have created signs for local favorites like the Downtown Den Tavern & Pizza and more.

These photos show Apollo, a truly unique pet who helped inspire the name of the building.

Apollo loved hanging out with our family and friends. I hope you enjoy these photos from the 1990s. My personal favorite is the one of him perched on my grandfather Francis’ shoulder in the backyard of the apartment building. This moment inspired the name of the apartment building we are currently renovating.

Apollo was unconventional, had a ton of personality, and was unforgettable -- qualities we’d like our building to have too.

Renovation Update: We’re working hard and can’t wait to open this Spring/Summer 2026.
