Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your home, seeking that dream retirement residence, or buying or selling a farm and ranch, Harold’s goal is 100% satisfaction for every single client. After that he started a consulting company where he continued providing his services to many clients in the oil and gas industry. He and his wife Carol have moved 23 times over the past 30 years of marr
iage. You learn a lot about real estate with that many transactions. They’ve lived in numerous single-family homes in Texas, from custom homes to a beach home they built on Port Bolivar, TX. They’ve also rented homes, apartments, and townhouses during their many moves. In 1999, they built a custom home on 5-acres of land in Splendora, TX. In 2002, Shell recruited him for a project, which required him and his family to transfer to Bear, DE. After completing the project, they moved back to Splendora, TX. They bought a mobile home and moved it onto a 3-acre tract of land that they owned. They pursued the Texas dream of owning land, cattle, and horses. They purchased and developed a small 30-acre working ranch in Marquez, TX. This involved land clearing, planting grass for grazing, installing fencing, and running utilities for 3 RV sites. Their daughter Faith was a barrel racer, and Harold also enjoyed cutting cows on his cutting horse. That led them to purchase a 4-acre home with a barn and lighted arena in New Caney, TX. In 2016, they built a home in a 55 and over community in Georgetown, TX, thinking that would be their retirement home. Then in 2017, a church in Splendora, TX called Harold as their pastor. Their home that they built in 1999 came on the market during that time, so they bought it back to be closer to their church and community. They did a lot of updating to the home, which involved remodeling the kitchen, dining areas, and two bathrooms. They also added a 14’x20’ sunroom, a 14’x36’ covered porch. Their most recent move has been to Belton, TX to be closer to their family and grandkids. They’re now claiming this home as their official retirement home. They absolutely love their community and the surrounding area. As your REALTOR, Harold is committed to helping you navigate the often-challenging waters of the home buying and selling process, as well as with any farm and ranch property, with the result being a wonderful experience. When Harold is not busy helping his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and grandkids.
