We had an incredible time this past weekend at the annual Hope Gala here in Central Texas. It was an honor for Safe and Sound Property Inspections to sponsor a table as a Radiant Light sponsor and be part of such a meaningful evening.

Hope Pregnancy Centers continue to do life-changing work in our community, offering support, care, and resources to families when they need it most. We’re grateful to play even a small role in supporting their mission.

The night was made even more special with an amazing performance by Mark Schultz—an incredibly talented, platinum-selling Christian artist whose music and story were both powerful and inspiring.

Events like this are a great reminder of the impact we can make when we come together for a purpose bigger than ourselves.

After a lot of prayer, conversations with Heather, and time on the course… I’ve decided to officially retire from home inspections.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but I feel called to pursue golf full-time.

I’ll be attempting to qualify for the PGA Tour later this year. I’ve been working on my game (shot a 92 last weekend, so things are trending).

If that doesn’t pan out, I’ve received strong interest from several YouTube sponsors and may pivot to content creation.

Thank you to all of my clients, agents, and friends who have supported Safe and Sound Property Inspections over the years. This business has meant a lot to me.

New chapter ahead. Let’s see where this goes.

Most people run their sprinklers in the evenings or early morning. In other words, you likely won’t ever see this unless you are checking your sprinklers. Just because it’s a new build doesn’t mean an inspection should be skipped.

Keep rainy days from ruining your day! Water intrusion/damage is the number one problems for houses. Prevent water from getting into your house and causing problems should be a high priority for all homeowners. It’s always important to get an inspection before buying a house as inspectors will typically be able to find problem areas before issues arise.
