From Summit Future Foundation: "Have you been worrying about what life after high school looks like for your child? Every parent of a child with a disability does, so you're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out all by yourself.

The What's Next Workshop, is a one-day seminar designed to provide families with a comprehensive program of information about what life after high school can look like AND how to plan for it. Our group of seasoned professionals will present content focused on the basics of preparing for the transition from high school into adulthood.

Whether your child is 14 or 24, our collaborators will share practical tips you can use to problem solve and plan for the future including: how to structure a meaningful day, how to establish formal and informal supports, what local resources are available, and so much more. Participants will leave with a framework and actionable tools to begin the process of creating a shareable transition plan for their child.

Registration is open! This year we're expanding the number of sessions offered, and we'll also have breakout rooms to choose from. This means that even if you've attended one of our previous workshops, there will be meaningful presentations with new material for you to attend.
