I averaged Jan, Feb & March numbers then listed what they are right now.

I also have February and March graphs side by side so you can see the trend.

We’re still in a great time to buy for first time buyers. These interest rates aren’t bad and the market isn’t flooded with buyers right now. We are starting to get into the peak months for real estate and if interest rates come down even more, you can bet there will be a lot of buyers to compete with.

That said, this could also be a good time if you’re thinking about selling your current home to move into another. We are still in a buyer’s market but more buyers are getting serious, showing appointments are on the rise and homes aren’t having to sit on the market as long.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling and just want to talk more about your specific situation, give me a holler. If you know me, you know I won’t try to talk you into a bad decision.
