6 years in real estate. 5 years with the best team around.

It's hard to believe another year has come and gone. I always wait to celebrate these anniversaries together since my real estate anniversary and my Hearthstone anniversary are only a week apart.

Looking back, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for what God has done through this journey. The relationships I've built over the years have been the greatest blessing—clients who became friends, vendor partners who became family, and teammates who have challenged, encouraged, and supported me every step of the way.

So much of my personal and professional growth can be traced back to being surrounded by an incredible team that genuinely cares about each other and the people we serve.

Most importantly, none of this would be possible without Morgan and our family. They have been my biggest supporters from day one, sacrificing time, showing endless patience, and having faith in me even when the road wasn't always clear. I am incredibly blessed and grateful for them.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me, referred me, supported me, and prayed for me along the way. I don't take any of it for granted.

Here's to the next chapter, continuing to serve others, grow in faith, and make an impact in our community. Looking forward to what the next few years hold!

Playing a little catch up on Facebook with what has been happening over the last 6 weeks!!

8510 Starview St.—and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect as their new build heads into the final stretch! It’s been an absolute pleasure helping this amazing family purchase land in the spring for their dream home and now selling their current home… all in God’s perfect timing. Grateful for the opportunity to serve them!

1412 Niagara Heights after just 3 days on the market! The neighbors of this awesome Belton lot just gained an amazing addition to their community, and I can’t wait to see what the new owners create with this space!

Big day of back-to-back closings! First 5502 Kent Drive, then 1210 Berger Rd just an hour later. It’s bittersweet seeing one of my best buddies move across town and no longer be just around the corner, but my heart is full knowing his family is stepping into an amazing new chapter.

The world is a big place, but moments like this remind you just how small it can be. I had the honor of helping an old Vietnam Veteran who, by pure chance, ended up being connected to my grandfather through family ties. He and his family moved to Texas from Idaho and wanted to close in just 3 weeks—and we got it done with a beautiful Stylecraft home in Temple! Truly grateful for this full-circle moment.

This one means a lot. An old soldier of mine reached out and connected me with a buddy of his. We sold his home and spent months watching the market and his job location shift until the right area finally pointed us to Ennis. Found a beautiful home for him and his family, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead for them!

Finishing out this run of closings just reminds me how blessed I am to have such an incredible support system. From lending and title to my Hearthstone family and my own family at home—none of this would be possible without you. Huge thank-you to Jake for getting 4 out of 6 to the finish line, and to Monteith and Purvi for pushing 5 out of 6 across the board. Grateful beyond words.

Today, I had lunch with my beautiful bride at a place that’s quickly stealing hearts (and appetites) here in town — Blessings Restaurant & Bakery.
